Privacy Policy

Fit and Studio Republik is committed to protecting the personal data of its employees in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"). This intranet collects and processes limited personal data, including login credentials, usage activity, HR records, and information submitted through internal forms, tools, or training modules, solely for legitimate business purposes such as internal communication, HR administration, performance and compliance training, and system security.

Internal Training Materials. Records of employee participation in and completion of internal training materials, including compliance, onboarding, and professional development courses, may be collected and retained on this intranet. This data is used exclusively to track training progress, meet regulatory or certification obligations, and support internal reporting to management. It is not used for any purpose beyond these internal functions.

No Third-Party Sharing. Personal data collected through this intranet is not shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party. Access is limited strictly to authorized Fit and Studio Republik personnel on a need-to-know basis, except where disclosure is required by UAE law or a valid order from a competent authority.

Full PDPL compliance is required across the UAE by January 1, 2027, so this is a good time to have counsel confirm the policy meets that deadline.
